The location is super convenient with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a fab view of the Empire State Building. Bathroom was clean and the Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch. Just wish the thermostat had worked better; it started off pretty warm.

Cleanliness wasn't up to par; I found a noticeable handprint on the curtain. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond. Location was perfect for exploring the city, especially near great happy hour spots.
